A new broadside published by Jan van Doesborch

On the 23th leaf (Blatt X verso) of the newly discovered edition of Jan van Doesborch Origo humane redemptionis (see the former post), a fragment is attached of an account on the destruction of the church of Geldrop by soldiers of the Count of Gelder. This event took place in 1512 and this decree has the objective to raise money for the rebuilding of the church. A more elaborate description of the text and the event (in Dutch) is to be found on:
